GastroGrilla has been rattling around in my head since 2006. I have over 15 years of experience as a trained chef as well as front of house experience culminating in a degree in Ecotourism in 2006 and I’m extremely excited at the prospect of exploring new culinary frontiers. Good grub doesn’t necessarily need to be served by a waiter in a fancy restaurant!
Our goal is to provide both a superior customer experience and tremendous value for our customers; not to mention putting a smile on your face!! Food needs to be yummy, fun and shared, so that’s what we plan to do. Over the coming years, we will expand the boundaries and perceptions of ‘the humble burger van’, serving Gastro food where we can, but ultimately, providing a unique, bespoke service to our customers, our friends.
